First, sorry for the lack of subtitles. I have some technical problems. >. <
Before, I wanted to talk about the Garden Woman, which appears at 00:36. I think she's suspicious where she died (near Sae and Yae's bedroom), so maybe she's related to the Kurosawa?
Of list of the spirits (both the original and remake):
"Threw herself from 2nd floor. Her lover used to care for the garden. "
"Flung herself from the second floor during the Repentance. She chose this place as her sweetheart tended the garden."
It makes no sense for her to cling to the garden if she did notBut she died in repentance, so it is not hers.even live there. Could someone explain to me what this was in 00:47? Look like a tomb...
In 03:11 you can see a symbol of a butterfly. It seems to be those crests that represent the surnames of the Japanese family. (Kurosawa Clan:)
In 03:55 is possible to see a samurai armor.
In 04:43 is probably the symbol of Osaka family.
Finnaly, in 05:32, has a box with both symbols in Osaka and Kurosawa.
We were talking about a village that was already isolated before repentance. Maybe I'm missing out on something and the locals have never been forced to stay in the village (except twins, of course), but this shows they are no stranger to life outside the village.
But I think it's interesting that the rituals may have started because of some samurai family.
In fact, there was a samurai in the first game (Xbox only, in the fatal mode, which would make him a very obscure character.)
Sorry if I'm being stupid. ^^
