I guess some of you may have noticed that some of Amano's songs like Chou and Koe are not available in your region anymore. THis is due to YouTube making another change. YouTube Red is a subscription service that will get rid of ads and other things I'm not sure about. If you so happen to make money off YouTube I've read you wont get money depending on who clicks on your videos but the amount of time they watched your videos. I dont understand it 100% but this is the reason why this is happening.
WHat gets region locked?
The ending videos will be region locked to Japan and no where else because of the songs.
How does one prevent this?
If you want your videos to be open for the rest of the world to see then I suggest to mute the ending once you hear music. If you hate copyright notices then I suggest to mute any ending with any ending songs.
I want to continue listening to the ending songs but I dont have the CD.
I wouldn't suggest downloading MP3 versions of the songs unless if they are on iTunes or Amazon. But you can buy the CDs here
Amano - Best Album (Some of her songs are on iTunes depending on region)
AnJu - Higanbana (Also Available on Amazon MP3)
JAMOSA - Love Ain't Easy

Japanese promos for music and some anime have recently gotten less available than they used to be on YouTube as previously accessible official video uploads from major content providers have started showing up blocked with the message "is not available in your country."
The common culprit pointed to in much of the conjecture and buzz is the concerns around the upcoming launch of the YouTube RED paid subscription service. There's a region aspect to the speculation, since the $9.99 a month service will first be rolled out in America, and a rights dimension, with companies like ESPN already backing off from being involved with the series.
