What we know (will update as we get info):

The game is called Zero: Nuregarasu no Miko (Zero: Raven-Haired Shrine Maiden / - 零 ~濡鴉ノ巫子~)
It's out on 27/9 in Japan for 6600 yen
The theme song is Higanbana by Anju
It's set in a mountain called Hikamiyama, a famous suicide spot also known as the mountain of the sun god, where only those who are to die may enter, and those who commit suicide there will die in a "proper" manner
There is a Japanese manor and graves, and people who choose death are said to go there, to the "mountain of death"
A big theme is water
There will be multiple endings
The protagonist is called Yuuri Kozukata (不来方夕莉)
Yuuri's special ability, which she's had since childhood, is seeing the secrets of items she touches (kagemi)
She brings those who have been spirited away and are now invisible from the "shadow world"; taking a request from a woman called Himino to look for someone who's been spirited away she goes to the mountain in question
She works at an antiques store called "Kurosawa" and keeps her distance from others since she can see the dead, but uses her powers to find lost people and items
There are lots of open areas and places that are like spots you would go to on a dare

The gamepad is confirmed for taking photos
Hikamiyama - a sacred mountain with a large lake, the water of which flows freely throughout the mountain. It is the mountain of death, visited only by those who choose their own death... When you enter the mountains, the border between the real world and the Hidden World blur, entering the Witching Hour.
Website snippets:
Burial photos: Dr. Asou, who is said to have created the Camera Obscura, once took photos of the dead, dressing them up to look as though they were alive.
Spiriting aways - A phenomenon in which people disappear without warning. The area around Hikamiyama has long been a site where many spiriting aways have been reported.
Kagemi - Following the "shadows" of the past of missing things or spirited away people. It has been passed down since the olden days around Hikamiyama, a spiritual spot, performed commonly like fortune telling, but has died out.
Camera Obscura - An old camera that can photograph things invisible to the naked eye. These are rare items that are rumoured to rarely show up in the antiques business. Since they capture things hidden by ghostly powers, they aid "katami". If you overuse the camera, you will move closer to the Hidden World - the other world - and be spirited away.
Original beliefs of Hikamiyama - Hikamiyama's religion began based in the worship of mountains, syncrestising with multiple other religions as it took shape. Originally having strong religious beliefs rooted in nature, it was not a belief system that drew lots of believers, so not many records remain about it.
